Cancellation policy

Dear Valued Customer,

Of course there are times schedules change, and clients cannot make their scheduled appointments. Therefore, it will be a request for at least forty-eight hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

A credit card is needed to hold your appointment. Last minute cancellations and “no shows” may incur a 50 % charge of the service total.

Please note: if you are more that 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame .

Thank you for choosing Sanctioned Hair Salon for your upcoming appointment. Sanctioned Hair Salon is committed to providing you with the highest quality service to ensure your satisfaction. To secure your appointment, there is a deposit policy implemented for an advanced non-refundable amount.

Currently , a non-refundable deposit of $25 of the total service cost will be required upon booking your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the final cost of your services on the day of your appointment.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of any changes or cancellations made to your appointment. There is understanding that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and consideration will be taken to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible. However, any changes must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
